Mechanical Manufacturing

There are many different types of leather and consequently many variations on the production cycle. In Laba, each activity is carried out with extreme care in two different establishments: the headquarters, made up of two buildings, and our branch, located less than a kilometer from the main building. Inside the first complex, which boasts an area of 6,000 square meters, the processes from WBto finished are carried out, i.e. the phases of splitting, shaving, dyeing and external conditioning. The latter can take place with various techniques, such as vacuum, loom, dry spinning and others, under the careful control of our managers.

The second complex, completed in October 2019, is used in part as a WB warehouse, while the remaining part has been used as an extension of the finishing department, where there is a new automated line in latest generation.
